Sustainability
Sustainability has always been part of our philosophy and as we’ve developed as a company, it has only become more entwined with what we do.
We believe in leading by example, creating meaningful + sustainable events that will inspire others. Educating and motivating guests to implement these same technologies and practices in their own homes and businesses.
From the materials we select, to the companies and suppliers we partner with we endeavour to be the most ethical, sustainable and ethically sound possible.
As we branch out into new digital territories we strive to implement the same care and ethos. Reduce/ Reuse / Recycle / Repurpose / Donate
Modern Slavery
As a global agency we are subject to Projects Code of Ethics under which we are obliged to engage only with suppliers who comply with laws regarding the eradication of human trafficking and slavery. When boarding suppliers we make them contractually agree to our terms and conditions under which both we and our suppliers aim to comply with the Un Initiative Global Compact as well as the principle and rights set out in the International Labour Organisations’ “Declaration of fundamental principles and rights at work, in particular, to the principles of preserving dignity at work, human rights, band on child and forced labour, and the maintenance of adequate social working conditions.
Our policy allows for individuals to raise concerns with a nominated person and set out the steps that Wonderland will take in response. A disclosure will be protected if the individual reasonably believes that the disclosure is made in the public interest. Protections include the right not to be unfairly dismissed or to suffer detriment for blowing the whistle.
